Friendly reminder: If your design file uses a three- or four-color mix (light gray, gray, dark gray, black), dark red, light red, dark green, blue-violet, deep purple, dark brown, coffee, navy, gold imitation, or a large solid area of a single color, we recommend choosing spot-color printing. Otherwise, color discrepancy issues will not be accepted for after-sales handling.
Ordering Notes:
1. Check that the artwork box shape matches the reference image submitted with the order, and mark the lid orientation to avoid production errors.
2. If the slot, tabs or base need printed color, mark this on the artwork; otherwise they default to blank.
3. Leave a 3mm bleed on each side of the box; keep essential artwork at least 3mm from the finished edge to avoid trimming into the content.
4. Die-line standard: solid black for cutting, solid red for creasing, solid green for perforation. Without special notes, the die is produced to standard industry specs; custom requirements must be marked on the artwork.
5. Ganged (shared-plate) orders do not support proofing or color matching. If color accuracy is critical, choose a dedicated plate or spot-color printing instead.
6. Use spot color printing for the following cases to avoid color discrepancy disputes:
① Colors mixed from all four process colors (grays, blacks, etc.);
② Special custom colors (dark red, light red, dark green, blue-violet, deep purple, dark brown, coffee, navy, gold imitation);
③ Large solid areas printed in a single color.
